Our story
Founded on the belief that learning should be immediately useful, Treebrothers brings the courtroom, the boardroom and the start-up floor into one practical curriculum. We don't teach theory in isolation we transfer the judgement that comes from doing the work.

For the last 9 years, TREEBROTHERS SDN BHD has been involved in numerous programmes with the vision of promoting business knowledge to their participants.
Ranging from educating the public with business knowledge, we are also involved in promoting legal awareness, basic business administration, accounting basics and self-inspiring motivational programmes.
TREEBROTHERS SDN BHD's inspiring talks began in 2019, travelling from the north to the south of Malaysia to encourage, inspire and educate entrepreneurs, agropreneurs and companies in reaching their goal for a Sustainable Future.
And now, moving forward, we are helping entrepreneurs expand their business empire through governance and proper financial funding techniques.

Mohd Zakwan Adenan's career highlights his expertise in the field of conveyancing and his commitment to providing legal services to clients, particularly in the areas of real estate and finance. His achievements underscore his effectiveness as one of the Managing Partners at Messrs. Asiah & Hisam.
Graduated from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM).
Called to the bar in June 2012, officially recognized as a lawyer and allowed to practice law.
His vast experience includes various aspects of conveyancing work, such as drafting Sale and Purchase Agreements for the firm's panel of developers. He also handles the drafting and vetting of Loan Agreements with the firm's panel of banking institutions.
Throughout his tenure with Messrs. Asiah & Hisam, Zakwan has contributed significantly to the firm's success by delivering legal services worth more than MYR 2 billion to their clients, resulting in high levels of client satisfaction.
Ziadi Zaidon's career demonstrates his expertise in litigation, his involvement in significant legal cases, and his ability to provide a wide range of legal services, including intellectual property consultancy and corporate services. His experience and leadership as Head of the Litigation Department further underscore his role, which also includes being a Managing Partner of Messrs. Asiah & Hisam.
Started his legal career as one of the legal counsels in the case of Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin v Zambry Bin Abd Kadir, which was related to the Constitutional Crisis in the State of Perak.
Served as a legal advisor for the Global Movement of Moderates Foundation during the tenure of Dato Saifuddin Bin Abdullah and Datuk Dr Nasharuddin Mat Isa, providing legal counsel and advice to the foundation.
In 2013, Ziadi Zaidon served as the leading counsel in a dispute in the Johor Court involving MYR 180 million worth of contracts for 121 schools demonstrating his experience in complex, high-value litigation. In 2018, he was appointed to manage a Corporate Litigation Matter worth MYR 2 billion, further highlighting his expertise in substantial legal matters. He also handles land acquisition matters and land disputes, often as referrals from the firm's clientele.
